Continue to dream big dreams. But don’t try to get there. Instead just focus on small steps. Don’t try to become a world-rocking public speaker – instead start by trying to book your first speaking opportunity. Don’t try to build a world class problem solving culture – just start by getting everyone to repeat “no problem is a problem.” Don’t attempt eliminating all defects – eliminate just the next defect. You can and should have big dreams, but don’t let those big dreams paralyze you. You shouldn’t know how you’re going to achieve every bit of it. If you already knew how to, it probably isn’t that big.
